Business Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is about building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with Society Protocol’s aligned network of partner communities, conferences, podcasts, and individuals. It involves networking, connecting, aligning interests, and negotiating terms with our partner communities and influential individuals. The business developer acts as an envoy and contact point for Society Protocol in regards to our business relationships—spanning Web3, Network States, Nation States, and influential individuals on the world’s political and economic stage. This is a powerful opportunity to cultivate a top-tier network with an aligned purpose over a long period of time. The exceptional network you will form, is by far the biggest benefit of this role. If that’s not your primary motivation, then this isn’t for you.

REQUIREMENTS

A candidate with strong ties and relationships in the Web3 and Network States space is highly preferred. Exceptional social skills, negotiating acumen, and the ability to travel are required. An understanding of social graphs, associative psychology, sociology, business, marketing, and network effects is important.

Co-Founder – Executive (CEO)

RESPONSIBILITIES

So you want to be the king? You’re in luck! We are seeking an executive to steer the ship to the new world. The CEO is responsible for leading the Society Protocol organization. They are the captain of the organization, leading a distributed international movement through a high-stakes, high-pressure transition into the Age of Synchronicity, which is expected to take 50–75 years. The responsibilities of the CEO include: strategic decision-making, inspiring the world with our vision, ingesting an abundance of information, navigating the political landscape, high-level internal management, and protecting the rightful image of our organization. This isn’t for everybody. This is for one special person, who wants their name to echo throughout history. And is ready to put in the work required, over a long period of time. And has the personality, skills, and experience to achieve success. And is ready to take the risk and responsibility upon themselves.

REQUIREMENTS

The executive we are looking for requires a deep mission-alignment, focus, and sense of purpose. This isn’t a job, it’s a journey. Don’t pursue this unless you love it, you won’t last. Exceptional quality of inspirational character, strategic or tactical thinking, political savvy, negotiation acumen, management abilities, a deep understanding of technology, the ability to absorb knowledge, protect image and provide stability are essential skills. A strong network of connections is essential. Some previous executive experience, especially in tech, Web3, or Network States is required.
